I purchased a 2010 Santa Fe. My previous car was 20 years old an Acura Integra. I had done lots research prior to making a decision on which vehicle to buy. After going to the Honda and Subaru dealers to check on the CRV and Outback I went to Lithia Hyundai and immediately liked the look of the Sante Fe and the dealership. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and very patient with all my questions and hesitancy to buy. Patrick was very approachable never pushy or impatient. He even showed me how to link my phone to the car even though it had been two years since I bought the car!! I did end up with the deal I wanted and have loved driving my Sante Fe. I love everything about it. I recommended it to a friend who also bought one. The customer service department has been exemplary. They all are extremely professional and courteous and have taken care of everything I've needed done on the car. My overall experience with this dealership has been wonderful. More

First off, I appreciated the fact that when I first drove in I wasn't descended upon by the usual sales 'jackals' (as I call them) that I have had in the past at other dealerships. This is one of the main reasons why I hadn't bought a new car for 12 years. So, as soon as I met Patrick I was put at ease with any apprehensions I had left over car dealerships. Now, I am not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to buying anything new, really; I like to research and compare, but especially this time, since I was struggling not to be an impulse buyer with a new car. But, Patrick was a champ. He hung in there through all my hemming and hawing, was patient, not pushy; always accessible, friendly and informative. He worked to get me the best deal, and I can honestly say that Patrick was a big reason why I bought my new Tucson. So, thank you, Patrick. The employees were both very knowledgeable and helpful in putting together the trade-in for my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. We live approximately 70 miles from the dealership. Yesterday, I was going into Anchorage for a doctor's appointmen, but I hoped to have some work done on our car while in town.
