My brother found a 2003 Taurus at Hyundai in good condition within our budget of $5,000.00,and low mileage. They also added snow tires for safety and it came with a 60 day warranty. I am so thankful for their help with our purchase.. They worked with my brother as I just recently had a knee replacement. Meh. The only reason meh? is because the struggle was really hard at first. Just trying to get the information for myself and my family to see if we still qualify for our warranty was already a pain just to call and receive general information. I was very upset that the service reps to give me nothing and not a lot of joyful information since I was vehicle-less. Vehicle was totally dead and I had no way up and around. Until finally I sent a message to finally put it to a test to see if it would get the attention of higher management. To say so? they have made us proud. I would like to say sorry or the email that strike their service and that yes I was upset to go through this process. But at the very end it turned out to be terrific. The completely satisfied me for what I have waited patiently and ask for. I greatly thank the work and time thought into for "Chris" all I name received, I am glad he had received the message and decided to put the group to satisfaction.
