Warranty Replacement of Battery in our 2016 CRV Our CRV died in the parking lot at Bi-Mart in Brookings last week and had to be jump-started. After driving it around the area just to see what would Our CRV died in the parking lot at Bi-Mart in Brookings last week and had to be jump-started. After driving it around the area just to see what would happen (more jump starts), we ended up calling the dealership and they got us in within 24 hours. Turns out it was, indeed, just a defective battery and it was replaced under warranty. We added and annual LOF while there and everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Josh Saltmarsh also explained why the defect never showed up as a warning on our nifty color-coded dashboard. We arrived at the dealership at 11am, and the vehicle was ready for us by 1pm. That's service! Thank You to everyone! A great experience! More
