They are on it I like that there is no need to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I I can just stop by when I can and get the service in my car. I was especially impressed and happy with Ray, who clearly explained what was needed and reviewed the best prices available. He was very considerate of my need not to have to walk too far (he brought the finished car to me) and my preference to get home before dark. I purchased my car (in 2006!) at Lithia and have continued to service it at Lithia (even with less expensive service advertised elsewhere. I value the continuity and trustworthiness of consistent good service and relationship. Thanks!! More

I know nothing about cars and from the moment I arrived, the guy who helped me out was SO kind, helpful and informative! What I love best about this place is that they don’t pressure you. They tell you in detail what is going on with your car and what they recommend without pushing you to accept their service! I also love the fact that you can make your appointment online and they send you reminds right before! That is so helpful and just one of the ways this company goes above and beyond.
