I was short on time and couldn't spend much time at the dealership so I let him know and we figured out numbers one day, I came back the next day to fill out paper work which took less than 30 minutes and then switched out cars later on the same day. I checked the car thoroughly, and I was upset to find that there was only one DC power outlet in the whole car. -- What is the matter with Honda? Putting in power outlets is so cheap when the car is being built! Kevin found someone who knew what to do, told me where to get one installed, and how much it would cost. Bingo! Then we had all that paper work to do...Mercy! Kevin and the lady in the sign-off office maintained calm as I made jokes and bitched a little. How can she listen to my complaints when she has to do that every day? Impressive! I dealt with Kim when I called to make an appointment to have the car undercoated. I requested a special service to allow the car to have the power plug installation and the undercoating done in the 2 days we were out of town. She made all the arrangements to do exactly what I needed and called me back with the details... amazing! In other words, this time your people figured what I needed, and did it!. I appreciate that.
