Lithia Honda Service rescued vacation car repair I was visiting family here in southern Oregon when a power window switch broke on my '11 Accord. It left me with a driver window down in a heat wave! I was visiting family here in southern Oregon when a power window switch broke on my '11 Accord. It left me with a driver window down in a heat wave! The Lithia Honda service staff was able to get my car right into the service queue and assessed the problem and secured the part from up north in a timely fashion. The car was repaired within approx. 24 hours of the switch breaking. I lost a little vacation adventure time but the Lithia Honda service dept helped keep that to an absolute minimum. Thank you Lithia Honda Service Dept!!! * My rating of the price is no reflection on the service dept staff or Lithia Honda, it's just my opinion of "dealer" service labor costs. Perhaps that is why I take my car to a licensed certified independent Honda mechanic in So Cal. **I would like to add that there were a couple of names that I would have listed had I could remember what they were! Additionally, I have been a Honda owner for approx. 30 years and the Lithia Honda Service dept. held up the quality of the Honda brand that I have grown to appreciate all of those years. More
