She was very understanding that we weren't in the market for buying a car since I had just paid mine off a few months prior and was enjoying having the extra money. I asked her to show us around and were we impressed! She has ALOT of knowledge about cars. Seriously! It was fun looking around with her and asking her questions. She also gave us some food for thought to take home when we do decide to purchase. And I do know that Lithia Honda in Medford will be our purchasing location. Holly is a REAL GEM. We had a minor DVD screen issue after we drove off the lot, and they made sure to stay in communication with the service department and it was resolved quickly. Easiest car buying experience we've had. We're glad we made the switch to a minivan and thrilled with our new Odyssey. More
