He offered us many options and listened to what we needed. We were given information to study and never felt pressured. We were able to make our choice, and drive out with a car in about three hours. Financing was explained well and we never felt overwhelmed. Honda is lucky to have Mr. Day representing it's product. He was an excellent teacher. Not only did he tell us about the many features available on the new car, he had us try each one. We didn't drive away in a new car without understanding how it worked. In the end I got exactly the car I wanted at a fair price - not a steal of a deal, but I don't think I was swindled or overcharged. The staff worked really hard to make sure I was happy, and when I felt uneasy about some of the charges they were very gracious and responsive to explaining everything to me and showing me documents that I asked for. Buying a car is stressful, and I haven't purchased a new car in 15 years so I felt pretty out of my element. They were really understanding about that and set my mind at ease. I will be coming back for service, as needed, and I feel good about continuing to work with Lithia Honda. More
