For me he has always provided excellent customer service. Overall the Service Department is excellent. I called for an appointment several days before. I was given a specific day and time; and the department was ready for me when I arrived. My time was brief in completing the needed paperwork to conduct the service. When I picked up the vehicle the same service occurred. The car was ready, the paper work was completed, and the person handling the payment was friendly and courteous. He knew how to meet me where I was and made the experience fun and easy. Daniel was VERY knowledgeable about all the functions of the different vehicles we looked at. When we decided which model to buy, he went over in great detail the options, sent videos to my email on how to use the features should I forget, and followed up a few days later to see how everything was going.
