Nick, our salesperson, understood our needs and directed us to appropriate vehicles on the lot. The C-RV we selected is an upgraded version of our previous vehicle which resulted in an easy transition. I had done considerable research prior to the visit and we negotiated a price which I felt fair to both us and the dealer. Not simple, but a pleasant transaction. Josh saw the issue and fixed it. We learned our lesson and now will onlt be Lithia's customers. More
