Brandon was great about explaining the service schedule and what was involved. A couple things were optional, so he explained in detail and let me decide without pressure whether to do them now or wait. Even with the extra items, I was able to wait in the comfortable and quiet waiting area for it to be completed in a short time. I appreciate that Brandon and the others at Lithia care about taking care of both the cars and their owners! More

This was my first time financing a car so I was a bit picky as far as price, mileage, and other characteristics of the car I was interested in. Toni helped me narrow down my choices to a handful that I really enjoyed, and was very friendly throughout the whole ordeal. I finally settled on a car that I really loved. Since I am a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and he answered them all very professionally and patiently. I'm very happy with my purchase and my entire overall experience. Toni even called me the next morning after purchasing my car to check and make sure I was enjoying my new (used) vehicle! I told him I was loving my car so far but there was one small concern I had. He encouraged me to come in as soon as possible to have the service department check it out, and the small problem I was having was taken care of within an hour and a half! I had a great experience with Toni and everyone else I interacted with in the service and financing departments as well. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

We shopped around at Toyota and Chevy, and then decided to see what Honda had to offer. We fell in love with the Pilot and decided that it was the perfect car for us. Nic, the employee that sold us the Pilot, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, in a very non-aggresive manner. Friendly, thorough service! I was able to get a car wash instead of having to make a another stop on my way home. Steve ran my numbers for lowering payments and discussed the most cost effective plan for me.
