Purchase of Honda Pilot Touring - Best Salesman Ever! The heart and soul of any car dealership is with the sales staff/team and led by the sales representative. Billy Day is by far the exceptional individ The heart and soul of any car dealership is with the sales staff/team and led by the sales representative. Billy Day is by far the exceptional individual who led this sale from start to end with his dynamic and customer-centered delivery of service. We met Billy one day late spring 2018, while having my CRV serviced at Lithia Honda. While I wasn't quite ready to trade in the CRV, I had been considering options for a later date. That first encounter left both me and my husband convinced that when I was ready, Billy would be our go-to person. He was professional, but friendly and we enjoyed breakfast and a conversation with him while learning about the great features that the Honda Pilot would provide - for 'when' I was ready to trade. Over the next few months, we had a few more encounters and conversation with Billy and when I was ready to make the trade, Billy and I actually worked out most of the primary details via TEXT! Convenient - oh, yes! I work 10-12 hours a day and finding time to even have a conversation is difficult, so the ability to reconnect, agree on a color, model and value was immensely helpful. By 5pm that evening, I was at the dealership signing my trade in/loan paperwork. I walked out at 7pm completely done. My new Pilot was delivered next day, detailed and ready to go, at my office - I received an hour of tutorial on the tech package and felt completely at ease with the purchase. Here is the critical piece - Billy listened to me with my financial requests (trade in value, cash down and financing total) and treated me with complete respect as a buyer - regardless of my gender. That is not often the case in my past experiences where I felt I had to tolerate being treated like someone with no knowledge of cars, financing, warranty, etc. Here's the kicker: Buying a car while my husband was traveling; his arrival into the airport a day AFTER I flew out for meetings elsewhere, meant he would arrive with no key to the new vehicle. Billy went above and beyond in getting a key to my husband AND giving him a quick tutorial on the technology - at the airport on a Friday evening. WOW! Don't think we've ever had that kind of support and service! So, clone Billy Day - he's Lithia's outstanding employee (and Lithia has a lot of good employees)!! I'm pleased to call Billy more than a salesperson - he is now a friend to my family! More

2018 Honda Pilot I saw the Honda on line and sent in a request to see what pricing was available. JT got right back to me and we set up an appt to come se the car. Brandon was great about explaining the service schedule and what was involved. A couple things were optional, so he explained in detail and let me decide without pressure whether to do them now or wait. Even with the extra items, I was able to wait in the comfortable and quiet waiting area for it to be completed in a short time. I appreciate that Brandon and the others at Lithia care about taking care of both the cars and their owners! More
