The reason for this is simple, Kevin our salesperson knew his product. Though we ran him around the lot a bit looking at just about everything, he was patient and knowledgeable. It seemed to me that Kevin genuinely had an interest in filling our exact needs for a vehicle. After signing we had a chance to work with the service department the next day to take care of a couple of add ons. Josh was extremely helpful and even helped us unpack (we were on vacation) the new car and get us into a loaner for the day. We ended up not picking up our CRV until the next morning. I went into the service department to look for Josh, but did not see him. I was waiting at the counter (other service tech. helping customer) when Josh shows up key and paperwork in hand. Josh apparently saw me drive in and went out to get my car before I was even parked. Now that's service! Josh even suggested we get together next time we were in the area to go to his favorite fishing hole. A generous gesture following up on a conversation we had the day before. While I have singled out Kevin and Josh, we did in fact work/talk with other staff at Lithia. Everyone were friendly and eager to help. I am a manager in a service oriented business and my staff consist of sales and service. I appreciate the commitment to top notch service, and the Lithia team has shown me a higher bar to achieve with my team. Great job folks! More

Great customer service I had started leasing a Honda back on Memorial Day and was in a car accident where I was T boned by someone going about 40 MPH by a GMC Yukon and my 2 I had started leasing a Honda back on Memorial Day and was in a car accident where I was T boned by someone going about 40 MPH by a GMC Yukon and my 2018 Honda Civic LX kept me safe I walked a way with only a bruise. Because of that I wanted a Honda again so I got in touch with Billy Day who worked with me the first time and he made me feel like a real priority and made sure I got great service and he was honest about the cars I was looking at he wasn’t just trying to push me into the most expensive or the one with the most features he really took the time to help me and I really appreciate that. His amazing customer service along with everyone else that helped out is what made it such a great experience! More

Your waiting room there is also very comfortable and it makes it easier for customers to relax while getting the service they need done to their vehicles, especially when it turns out to be a long wait.
