Customer Service was Tops Everyone in the service department was so professional and courteous. The service crew kept me informed on what they were doing. I had a recall service as well as other highly recommended services. So I was there about 2.5 hours. They kept apologizing for the length of time I had to wait. The front waiting area is also perfect for a long wait time. It was quiet and relaxing. I forgot where I was and the time went by relatively fast. Overall it was a pleasant experience. More

No pressure, I bought my Civic from Lithia Medford 5 years ago. It was the easiest, quickest car purchase I have ever made. Wonderful sales people. No pressure, just wonderful, helpful service. I had wanted to purchase my car from Grants Pass Honda dealership, which is much closer, but did not have a good experience there. Because I do not live near Medford, I never went back for service. I ended up going to Grants Pass Honda a few times and then ended up getting service in California when i would travel there. I happened to be in Medford the other day, needing an oil change, and called Lithia on the off chance they could get me in. I was surprised to find out that you don't need an appointment for an oil change there and I could come in anytime.....even Saturdays!!! I always had to make appointments in advance with the other dealerships and Saturdays were not an option, so I always had to take time off work. Just like the sales people, the service advisors and techs were super nice and answered all my questions. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though I rarely go to Medford, I will definitely being going back for my next service. Thank you Lithia Honda! More

Sales and service Originally stopped at Lithia Honda to look at used Civics on the lot. One thing led to another and ended up in a new CRV Tourer. The reason for this i Originally stopped at Lithia Honda to look at used Civics on the lot. One thing led to another and ended up in a new CRV Tourer. The reason for this is simple, Kevin our salesperson knew his product. Though we ran him around the lot a bit looking at just about everything, he was patient and knowledgeable. It seemed to me that Kevin genuinely had an interest in filling our exact needs for a vehicle. After signing we had a chance to work with the service department the next day to take care of a couple of add ons. Josh was extremely helpful and even helped us unpack (we were on vacation) the new car and get us into a loaner for the day. We ended up not picking up our CRV until the next morning. I went into the service department to look for Josh, but did not see him. I was waiting at the counter (other service tech. helping customer) when Josh shows up key and paperwork in hand. Josh apparently saw me drive in and went out to get my car before I was even parked. Now that's service! Josh even suggested we get together next time we were in the area to go to his favorite fishing hole. A generous gesture following up on a conversation we had the day before. While I have singled out Kevin and Josh, we did in fact work/talk with other staff at Lithia. Everyone were friendly and eager to help. I am a manager in a service oriented business and my staff consist of sales and service. I appreciate the commitment to top notch service, and the Lithia team has shown me a higher bar to achieve with my team. Great job folks! More
