First time buying a new car & coildn’t Have gone smoother! Had no intention of buying a new car when I stopped by after work. He made the whole process stress free and really fun! I highly recommend Jake for all you first time buyers! I was especially impressed and happy with Ray, who clearly explained what was needed and reviewed the best prices available. He was very considerate of my need not to have to walk too far (he brought the finished car to me) and my preference to get home before dark. I purchased my car (in 2006!) at Lithia and have continued to service it at Lithia (even with less expensive service advertised elsewhere. Service Service Service !!! It was a rainy Christmas Eve day and I was in a no-nonsense mood. I wanted to trade in my Lexus for a good deal and was prepared to be disappointed It was a rainy Christmas Eve day and I was in a no-nonsense mood. I wanted to trade in my Lexus for a good deal and was prepared to be disappointed in CR-V options. Mark Thalman did his homework though & not only did I drive home in a new CR-V (in two hours!) not missing ANY of my favorite bells & whistles, he also made sure I got a great deal both with the purchase amount & financing option. That in itself would have been quite satisfactory, but here's the final gift of that day: I left feeling like Mark is a very special person, and it is challenging trying to describe the outstanding quality that struck me, and stuck with me after I left Lithia Honda. No one word will do, but here are some that put together might come close: respectful of others, kind & conscientious, not for any kind of personal gain rather because it is his personal code of ethics and integrity to listen, integrate and be of practical service to his customers.
