Fantastic service from sales rep Osten C. on my new car purchase. I had been looking for weeks on end when the car I wanted showed up in transit arriving 5 hours away in a couple weeks, I immediately put a purchase. The salesman arranged to meet me at the airport in my new car and completed the deal in under 2 hours.... all on his day off. It would have been even faster had I not needed to start a new insurance policy and authorize a large purchase on my card. After sale he volunteered to show me the hidden features and all vehicle customization options, something I have not seen a car salesperson do since the 90's and was actually quite helpful. Extra credit to the dealership for holding this car a couple weeks until I could arrive and not playing games on price and dealer add-ons. Thank you. More
