It was a rollercoaster ride. I ordered a new transit van about 6 months ago. There was problems with the ford factory, not the dealership throughout the process. When the van show I ordered a new transit van about 6 months ago. There was problems with the ford factory, not the dealership throughout the process. When the van showed up it was the wrong color. I was disappointed and not happy. The salesman I was working with Tom Grey offered me a number of solutions to try to make things right. We were considering reordering again, but Under our circumstances we couldn't wait another 6 months. We pondered over it for while and decided to take this one. Tom grey worked hard for us and made things better for us to make the decision. We appreciate the things he did. He's a good man and, I would buy another vehicle from him , and Lithia ford. However I am not impressed with the ford factories. Like the undercoating on the van very skimpy, am sure I will see other thing as I go along. Also the time frame it takes them from start to finish when ordering a new vehicle. More
