I hit my first oil change this month and took my truck to Lithia for service. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, and eager to answer my questions. When I asked about Lithia’s lifetime oil change program he was very informative without being pushy sounding like a “salesman”. Ultimately, I purchased the lifetime oil change program and am very satisfied with both the customer service and quality of work. More

The purchase went fine with the exception of the first uninterested sales person Oliver Campos who couldn't even remember my name! Also thank you Lithia Ford for selling our Nissan Sentra. The delivery didn't go quite as well with paint peeled off the rear bumper and holes drilled in the wrong place for the license plate frame, on a new car special ordered was a little disappointing. Lithia made good on the mistake by striping the car at no cost to me, and the extra holes will be covered by the license plate. All in all we were treated quite well and would return to this dealership. More
