Engine replacement in Ford Edge Sport I felt we had a good overall experience at Lithia Ford, the manager and service tech were very helpful and accommodating. They replaced the engine in a timely manner and saw that we had a quality loaner car. My only complaint is the vehicles are not cleaned when returned and better care needs to be taken to ensure dirty hats don't contaminate the light colored headliner. The Ford roadside assistance program however gets an "F" in my opinion and may steer me into purchasing a none Ford brand product with my next purchase. Not user friendly at all and the miles covered is a joke. More
