We are traveling all over the country with our 2018 F250 and travel trailer. While in Oregon, our change oil light came on. Our next stop was Missoula. I GOOGLED Ford dealers in Missoula, and up came thi and travel trailer. While in Oregon, our change oil light came on. Our next stop was Missoula. I GOOGLED Ford dealers in Missoula, and up came this dealer. I was able to schedule a convenient appointment. We were greeted as if we were long time customers, made to feel comfotable in the lounge and our truck was quickly serviced.... and surprise .. almost 5,000 miles of dirt was washed off, as well. Way to go!! More

repair of new truck under warranty Had an issue with my 2017 F150, Computer dashboard warning message came on late one Saturday evening. Took the truck in Sunday morning and met with AJ Had an issue with my 2017 F150, Computer dashboard warning message came on late one Saturday evening. Took the truck in Sunday morning and met with AJ LeCoure who walked me through the steps of filling out the proper paperwork for the service department. Received a call from the service depart the following day, and they explained the problem and informed me that they had already ordered the necessary parts to repair my truck. The service dept. called me the following day and explained that all the parts had not arrived, but would keep me informed, which they did, when all the parts had arrived. At all times every employee who I spoke to was courteous and professional. More
