Lithia Ford of Missoula I giving this review four out of five stars because when I first bought my vehicle in and tried to describe what the problem was, I was met with a lit I giving this review four out of five stars because when I first bought my vehicle in and tried to describe what the problem was, I was met with a little bewilderment. Which was more than a little off putting because, while I'm not a mechanic, I know my car. And when it starts making strange noises . . . something's wrong. Thankfully the mechanics were able to identify the problem and were able to recommend repairs and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely return. . . if I need to. More

Great Service I live 90 miles from Missoula and was in town shopping and called to see if I could get in and get an oil change. Clay was very helpful and said could I live 90 miles from Missoula and was in town shopping and called to see if I could get in and get an oil change. Clay was very helpful and said could I come in at 2PM I got all my errands done and came to the dealership. Service was prompt and Clay was very nice to deal with. I appreciate him working me in and saving me another 180 mile round trip back for an oil change as I was a little overdo. Will definitely be back. More
