Kalispel said 3 weeks to fix, Lithia said less than one week. Droped the truck off Sat. afternoon, had the problem diagnosed by Monday noon and repaired Tuesday afernoon. We finished our trip by train to grand Forks North Dakota on Sunday visiting the family for 3 days then returned to whitefish Thurs eve. Went to Missoula to pick up truck and everything works great. We got back home with no issues. Frank and the other service writers have my greatest respect.They gave me piece of mind during our bad predictament we were in to finish the trip. The truck is 2011 with 84,000 outside of warranty. best service ever More

Terrible. I don't usually write reviews, but the service department and manager are so bad I had to, I had my super duty serviced there spent over 2k on the tot I don't usually write reviews, but the service department and manager are so bad I had to, I had my super duty serviced there spent over 2k on the total bill everything seemed good until it was time for another server I took it elsewhere the mechanic told me that the transfer case check bolt was so tight he could not get it off. When I found out I was just never to use Lithia Ford again and look elsewhere for a resolution. I was in there today to drop off my girlfriend's car I did explain my previous experience to them. The service manager responded rudely and because I had an issue would not service my girlfriend's vehicle. I ask him this is how you treat your customers he said yes. She later called the service manager back, because the work she needs only can be done by Ford Dealerships, he made her cry and laughed at her. The service manager needs a lesson in customer service to say the least. I plan never to do business with them again this was there last chance, I guess if you buy a car they will be nice but if you need your Ford serviced and expect friendly and competent service look elsewhere. The manager in the service are was mad I was mad that after paying over 2k in service they stripped my transfer case check bolt. That's how they treat their customers. Use at your own risk!!! More

Would recommend these guys anytime, but the down side is if you have an issue, you take it to the service center just to be treated like dirt! I took my car in because some light came on and I needed to find out what was wrong. they tell me the speed sensor is bad and I needed a new hub. Since it was late, we took the car home and my wife brings it in the next day since I had to work and tells them this issue they found with the hub had been brought up before when we still had the warranty and wanted to see if it might still be covered. They blow her off and won't tell her anything, then comes over to tell her that now out of nowhere, my car needed 2 new hubs, when it was just inspected the day before. I voiced my opinion on their Facebook page, and they start harassing my wife telling her to make me take it down and continued to do this throughout the day. I went in after I got off work to speak to them and voice my concerns calmly, just to be yelled at and talked down to because I am "Taking money out of their pockets". While I was speaking with Frank trying to finish my conversion, Mike comes over yelling at me "We are done with you! Why don't you take yourself to Karl Tyler where they can take care of you there!" I was willing to take my comments down if they could explain things to me, but instead I get nothing but total disrespect and have lost a customer for life. At first, I would have bought every car from them. Now I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Lacking service to retain customers I am a local business owner and I use my truck specifically for work. I bought a 2016 F350 Platinum a couple of years ago from this dealership. The salesman (Bryce) was amazing and made the purchase painless and easy. The service I’ve gotten since the purchase is where my one star review came from. I bought the lifetime oil changes and extended service warranty because I didn’t want to worry about the truck at all. I figured I was paying a pretty penny for a vehicle, I wanted everything to be taken care of. The truck has been in the shop multiple times since I purchased it, twice has totally broken down to where I cannot get it started at all. The first time Lithia couldn’t get me in for more than a week, and I had to take my truck to another dealership (who got my truck in and out the next day), and now the second time I had to have it towed in, more than 40 miles, and I’m told they can’t even look at it until Monday (although they were open when I called to let them know it needed to come in). I am a repeat customer, and they don’t seem to care enough about my business to take the time to look at the truck. I’ve never been offered a loaner vehicle, and I depend on this truck to keep my business running. I expressed frustration that my truck was broken down yet again, and I was told that this is why they have a job. Well, I can’t do my job without my truck. I asked the service technician I spoke with to look at it immediately, he said they couldn’t until Monday at the earliest. Lithia seems to blow me off when I need their help the most. I am a general contractor, if a customer has an emergency, I get there right away, I would never tell them they would have to wait until “Monday at the earliest”. I wonder how fast they would want their building fixed if it was broken. I have never written a negative review, but Lithia has failed me more than once with their service. So now my truck sits there until they get around to it. More
Couldn't even due a tune up Took my truck in for a basic tune-up, oil change, and fix the duel climate control. Picked up the truck, wasn't running good. Took to mechanic in Lincoln. 1 quart low on oil! spark plug in #2 was broke! and the Duel climate control is till broke! but they charged me over $1,000 dollars! Truck now needs a new motor! thanks Ford! More

Very pleased with the service and staff. My experience with Lithia Ford was very pleasant. I was greeted immediately with a smile and professionalism as they scheduled my vehicle repair. They provided a shuttle to the place I wanted to go and hang out until the repair was finished. The driver of the shuttle was warm and engaging and we had a nice conversation while driving to my destination. The work was timely and the shuttle driver came by and picked me up and took me back over to Lithia. The paperwork was ready and waiting for a final signature and I was out the door! More
