Blazing quick response My new F150 needed a service recall inspection which I had previously scheduled. Unfortunately due to my personal subsequent activities that appointme My new F150 needed a service recall inspection which I had previously scheduled. Unfortunately due to my personal subsequent activities that appointment wasn't going to work for me. So while I was coincidentally in the Lithia neighborhood I just dropped in to re-schedule the check up. I did not expect nor intend to have the inspection done on the spot rather just to talk to Trevor to get it re-scheduled. He totally blew me away when he suggested that if I had time right then that he would get the inspection completed while I waited. The work was done while i waited and drank their coffee while watching TV in the customer lounge area. I cannot express how good it feels to be treated like an individual by my service rep (Trevor Knudson) who knows me by name and goes out of his way to not only meet my needs but exceed expectations. More
