I bought my 2017 F350 in the cities because of the horrible experience I have had with lithia in the past. I bought my 2018 explorer from lithia and had a pleasant experience. But until dealing with Trevor, my experience with the service department was horrible. Keeping people like Trevor employed at lithia would sway me to do more business with lithia. It seems as though the service department was packed full of people and vehicles, so making one person happy probably isn’t a big deal, but it would be nice to be able to brag about how good a company is for a change...instead of how horrible it is. Until my next experience trevor made it so I will be talking good about lithia. More
