Went in for an oil change, left with a new truck!! As always, my service was exceptional with Lithia. I got back into town, drove in for a quick oil change and while there determined that warranty wor As always, my service was exceptional with Lithia. I got back into town, drove in for a quick oil change and while there determined that warranty work needed to be completed. With Kalin's help that was taken care of within a half hour.. I asked if he heard of any deals going on with trucks as I was working on my last year of my lease. he said he heard there were some great deals so I went up front.. and thanks to the help of Nick, Steve and Brice I left with a new truck! I must be weak because the time I came in before that and bought a new truck, I came in to fix the tire which had a leak and again drove out with a truck... great job guys! More

Kalin is excellent to work with I had to have a major motor repair done to my pickup and I was able to get it back in less then a week! When I got my truck back the check engine like I had to have a major motor repair done to my pickup and I was able to get it back in less then a week!
