Failed to refill oil after oil change. My niece bought a vw from this company. Brought it in for a oil change. It was returned to her 5 qrts low of oil. She started having engine noises. Checked her engine fluids and low and behold no oil. So she put 2 qrts in and took it back to the dealership. They checked it and said it was several qrts over filled. Now they refuse to admit thier mistake. And because shes a lady insinuates she doesnt know what she is talking about. How low will this dealership go. Not so long ago this dealership made the same mistake with another customer. And paid the piper. Do the right thing and fix your mistake for the lady. More

Used truck purchase Purchased used truck, drove home 15 miles, parked in garage. 5 days later got in, started up to drive to town, would not go into gear. Called sales rep, "Oh they will probably take care of it they are pretty good about that" Had it towed into service (my dime) Next day service called, truck ready, cost $178.00 and change. Called Sales Rep and left message asking if this was taken care of. After several hours waiting I called main number and asked for him, he answered (no caller ID) Was told no they are not going to take care of it !! I understand used is used and AS-IS is AS-IS but seriously 15 miles only. Had I known this is the way Lithia does business I would not have purchased it from them nor would I have purchased the new Rav 4 from Lithia Toyota 5 months ago. They have lost my future business and any referrals. More
Far from a top dealer Although the salesman was friendly and did what he had to to sell the vehicle, in my opinion Lithia Ford does not go the extra step. After looking at the vehicle I found the oil had been changed but had also been way overfilled. I noted this to the salesmen. The car also had a low battery(which is not uncommon) I asked that it be charged when I come to pick the vehicle up. This gave them a week to correct these two small issues. The battery was still undercharged and the oil was still far above the full mark. Luckily I had brought a trailer to haul it home. When I got the vehicle home and did a more thorough inspection found that none of the grease zirks had even been touched. So my opinion is I probably would not frequent this dealer unless I really wanted a specific vehicle they had. But would be very diligent on making sure everything was completed to your satisfaction before signing the papers. More

We purchased a 2013 vehicle from this location in January of 2013, with the extended se Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this company. We purchased a 2013 vehicle from this location in January of 2013, with the extended service warranty. In November of 2013 we bought 4 new all-weather tires with a 50,000 mile warranty (supposedly) to help keep our family safe in our northern winter weather. About 6 months after purchasing the tires, our vehicle began to make a loud noise and to shake. The manager at the Ford service center claimed that this problem with the car was due to our tires being "shot", but refused to honor the warranty. There isn't even 50,000 miles on my vehicle, much less the tires. They gave us a runaround and a few other excuses for awhile, but the upshot is that they refused to honor any of their service commitments to either my vehicle or my tires despite blatant advertising to the contrary, and despite us having kept up our end by completing all maintenance as scheduled and recommended. I am honestly left completely bewildered as to why they will not honor their advertised commitments and a little frightened of my vehicle - what if the next issue is something bigger? Will they continue to refuse coverage? I am concerned that I may end up having to trade in my vehicle (probably with quite a loss) just so I can work with an honest dealer. Maybe it is just us or something, but if they have excuses for not honoring their commitments to us, they could do the same to others. Please take care before trusting this business. More
