Going above and beyond I recently had my oil changed on my mustang. I live in Crookston so time to get over to grand forks to get the oil changed does not always work out. Excellent Service Instance My 2006 Ford Taurus SE would not start. Had it towed to Lithia Ford and discussed the problem with Kalin. We agreed that starter, alternator, and ba My 2006 Ford Taurus SE would not start. Had it towed to Lithia Ford and discussed the problem with Kalin. We agreed that starter, alternator, and battery would be evaluated. This occurred around 3:30 PM on a Thursday...by midday Friday Kalin called me to say the car was complete and was indeed the starter and battery issue he had suspected. In that short amount of time, the service department also performed a four-wheel brake job, a brake line fluid flush, and a thorough inspection. This was truly an exceptional experience, as were the previous two I had at Lithia Ford! More
