What started as a huge problem, a tech forgot to put any lug nuts on the front driver side wheel after a front-end alignment and tire rotation. The front tire fell off two blocks south of the dealership and caused significant damage to my 2015 F-150. Mr. Trevor Knudson made it right, giving me a vehicle to drive while my pickup was repaired. Trevor assured me everything would be fixed in a timely matter, which it was. Mr. Knudson made sure I was taken care of and made a bad situation turn out ok. More
