Josh’s communication has been great and I appreciate the approach taken to get my truck properly fixed so much. The last two times I have brought my truck in with an appointment, it has taken two days before the tech can get to it. Josh was so good about setting proper expectations which helped me plan accordingly but it seems counterintuitive to have an appointment and still have that amount of time required. I had a reputable dealer in Utah who worked on my truck prior to me moving and they wouldn’t schedule the appointment until the day my truck would be looked at which helped me plan so it didn’t go 2-7 days without a vehicle. the end result of getting my truck fixed has been good, it’s just the amount of time it is taking that is difficult. The service was great until I got home and there was an oil patch on my driveway. They got to tighten the oil filter.
