Lisa was very courteous and friendly. I just hope my modem doesn’t fail again because it takes 2 appointments to get it replaced, the 1st time it took 3 hours only to be told that I had a bad modem and modem doesn’t fail again because it takes 2 appointments to get it replaced, the 1st time it took 3 hours only to be told that I had a bad modem and it needed to be replaced. Then I had to bring it back in and leave it for a good part of the day to have the new modem installed. But, it’s fixed and working so good to go. More

I had to wait 2 weeks to get my car into the shop. I received conflicting answers to the problems. First, there was nothing wrong with my battery, but it was leaking. The next day, my battery was comple received conflicting answers to the problems. First, there was nothing wrong with my battery, but it was leaking. The next day, my battery was completely caphooy. I needed a new battery for $200 with a great warranty. I could either by Ford's battery or bring one in. I was not told how much a $65 battery would cost to have installed and terminals cleaned?? I opted for the Ford battery if I continued to have issues with the ignition which I was told had some kind of recall but it did not show up on the testing. I have had the clutch repaired 2 or 3 times since I purchased the car in 2015. Ford knew about these transmission problems and the buyers have had to suck it up. My car has less than 31,000 miles. Too many issues for that low of miles. We have bought at least 6 Fords, never again!! Lisa was very kind as always. I feel for her in dealing with customers and the service problems. More
