It took two visits and five days total to repair my backup camera. Joshua was very helpful and either answered or returned my calls and kept me posted on how the repair was going. The repair on my 2020 Ford Explorer ST took a very long time due to parts back order as a result of covid, 6.5 weeks I was without my new vehicle. Normally purchasing a new $60k+ vehicle then having it break down for almost 2 months would cause hard feeling towards that car manufacturer but Josh prevented that from happening.
