Sadly did not have a great experience. It was great to have someone so diligent about communicating the status of the vehicle. My only issue is that it took two weeks to get it in for service, and then two weeks to get it back from the dealership. So a whole month without driving the vehicle. I don't t put this on the dealership. This is the second time this repair has been done on this car in 15 months. That doesn't indicate a quality vehicle. If other Ford's are like this one it explains why the service department is so backed up and so busy. More

Shawn Hodges was our service advisor and do an amazing job in taking care of a truck that is very much sentimental to our family. Our truck needed a substantial amount of work done to keep it in the cond job in taking care of a truck that is very much sentimental to our family. Shawn was able to tread lightly when we needed him to as well as firmly offer the right solution to the problem and confidently priced it for us. We were elated that the job came in under budget. I don't know that I've had any experience ever, in a dealership or otherwise, where they actually charge less than they bid. It was a very pleasant surprise to myself and our family. Overall, Shawn bent over backwards to make sure our needs were meet. He was timely with return calls and extremely knowledgeable and professional about our truck. Nice job, Shawn.
