The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the wait time is always so long. It took 2 hours for a standard service/oil change:( Curt however, deserves 5 stars! Unfortunately, my 40,000 mile or so(not sure) rated tires needed to be replaced after only 7,000 miles of use! He took the time to physically show and explain the situation to me. He took immediate action by calling the tire manufacturer and got me a credit towards a whole new set. He then, by my request, emailed a good-better-best estimate to me detailing the different tire choices and cost the very same day. Thanks so much for your attention Curt, I appreciate you! More
The work is great. The wait is frustrating, albeit understandable. Staffing always seems to be at the minimum. The service was average at best, and the 30k service (brake fluid change and fuel injector cleaning) was a bit of a shock, when I was only coming in for a routine oil change. Having bought the car used, I was never given a maintenance schedule, so I'd know what was due at what mileage. However, since Lithia has a hard time with communication, I wasn't surprised. I'd also like to add, after working on my own vehicles for many years, I have never in my life heard that "dirty" brake fluid was ever an issue for braking. The charge for the service was in my opinion, criminal. And I am sincerely hoping that the fuel injector cleaning was more than pouring SeaFoam in the gas tank and driving my car around town for a half hour. They also tried a fast one, by trying to get me to fork over 50 bucks for a new cabin filter. I can do it myself thank you very much, and I'll buy a K&N filter for my cabin and engine. At least that'll save me the expense of my wallet being fleeced for simple maintenance jobs in the future. Also, the wait was excruciatingly long. I came in at 9am and the car wasn't done until 3 or 4 pm. I'm also a little put off, that Lithia won't even give a complimentary car wash after spending over 3 c notes and taking an inconveniently long time to do their job. xxxx, the mechanics didn't even have the common courtesy to put my battery panel back on, in my trunk. If I hadn't bought the oil changes for life, this would have been the last time I'd ever come back, let alone ever buying a new vehicle from this dealership ever again. And this is coming from someone who's from a family, on both sides, who've worked for the Ford Motor Company, collectively for over 100 years. Very disappointed. More
