TOTAL RIP OFF IS ALL I COULD SAY AS OF THE LAST FEW VISITS I HAVE MADE TO LITHIA FORD. I went to get an oil change & check the tire pressure sensor on Sep 30, 2020. Tire pressure sensor job was p VISITS I HAVE MADE TO LITHIA FORD. I went to get an oil change & check the tire pressure sensor on Sep 30, 2020. Tire pressure sensor job was previously done and problem was NOT SOLVED after I ended up paying almost $2,000 with 4 new tires & for 2 new tire sensors AS STATED BY LITHIA FORD in Boise, Idaho. THE PROBLEM WAS NEVER SOLVED THEN. Since I stated on the review last time, they contacted me & requested me to bring back the vehicle & stated they will fix the problem for free. THE PROBLEM WAS NEVER SOLVED. So when I went this time I wanted them to check the problem that was NEVER SOLVED - TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR ... And here is what I am told by the Sales Advisor that the 2 TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS THAT LITHIA FORD PUT FOR FREE WAS OF INFERIOR QUALITY THAN WHAT I BOUGHT. AND IF I NEED TO GET 2 MORE WILL COST ANOTHER $500 plus. I knew I was going to be ripped off again for another round of sensors that would have the same problem. Added to that now I HAVE Another light on the dash board 'NO OIL'. I just got my oil changed after waiting for almost 4 hours in the lobby where they mentioned that they had only 4 guy working that day. I have been to this LITHIA FORD for 16 years where I bought a brand new 2003 Ford Taurus car & had signed up for life oil change as the reputation then was great. BUT NOW THE DESPERATION IS ALL ABOUT MONEY & NOT TO DO THE JOB RIGHT FOR THE MONEY YOU PAY. The Advisor was great in giving me the clarification to the problem in the most honest possible way & was trying his very best to not make me leave with a bad reputation to LITHIA FORD. But the TRUTH NEEDS TO BE OUT. This seems to be an ongoing issue lately that there is UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS who NEVER WANTS TO COME BACK. I have heard this but still kept coming as it never was too big of an issue & the problems was solved. BUT WHY FOOL INNOCENT WOMEN & RIP THEM OFF WITH THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY & PUT INFERIOR QUALITY PARTS & NEVER SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I not only wasted my hard earned money but also wasted my precious time going to a place that the main goal is RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. There is more fish out there in the sea than LITHIA FORD... I rather go to LESS SWAB or find a different place in the future that could do a better job for a better price is my choice for the future. More

Lisa in fleet service was amazing & why I love Lithia. I had a tail light that was filling up with water from the car wash, Lisa got it fixed even though it wasn't something covered on my normal warranty. Honest diagnosis and expert service! They were unable to duplicate the issue after several attempts and found no fault codes. Therefore, they charged me nothing. WOW!
