I own a vehicle purchased at a Lithia dealership with a lifetime oil change agreement. I made an appointment online nearly 3 weeks prior to the date of service. I received an e-mail confirmation as wel lifetime oil change agreement. I made an appointment online nearly 3 weeks prior to the date of service. I received an e-mail confirmation as well as 2 e-mail reminders of my 9:00 am appointment in Quick lane 5 on 10/6/20. the final e-mail reminder was on 10/5/20. I arrived on time for my appointment only to be told there was no appointment for me and that the on-line appointment system was shut down 3 weeks prior. I was told I could wait my turn and the wait time would be two and a half to three hours. I fight traffic from a rural area of Caldwell to the Lithia dealership in Boise. The only reason i can see for continuing to drive to Lithia in Boise is to make them honor the lifetime oil change agreement on my vehicle. Certainly not for their customer service. More
