Honestly I was shocked at how overly backed up the service dept was. Larry was very courteous and transparent that several of their techs has come down with COVID, they are doing the best they can sh service dept was. I am so happy with Lithia's service department especially Shawn Hodges, my service advisor. Shawn's team found a leaking head gasket and made sure it was replaced before it could cause major damage to my en Shawn Hodges, my service advisor. Shawn's team found a leaking head gasket and made sure it was replaced before it could cause major damage to my engine. Shawn also made sure my transportation needs were met, by offering a Lyft ride if I could not wait for a courtesy driver, and later supplied me with a brand new F-150 loaner because they had to order a number of replacement gaskets and seals. Long story short, Lithia's service department has always taken great care of my 2018 Raptor like it was one of their own, and, made sure I am always completely satisfied. To Shawn and Lithia, you will always get my return business. More
