I love the service but they say I have a small oil leak they do not tell me where the leak is so that leads me to question if someone spilled oil when filling ( here or the place I used to take it to) they do not tell me where the leak is so that leads me to question if someone spilled oil when filling ( here or the place I used to take it to) this leaves me with concern is it a leak a seep a spill or ??? I wish they would call me and let me take a look I have checked the oil and over 10,000 miles the dip stick did not show a decrease More

I had purchased an oil change package when I bought my Escape. Then learning I couldn't make an appointment for a "while you wait" change, I questioned the convenience of my purchase. Yesterday I dropped Escape. Then learning I couldn't make an appointment for a "while you wait" change, I questioned the convenience of my purchase. Scheduled an appointment to have some recall work done and our tires switched. Car was there 8 hours and they ended up having to order parts for the recall fix because they didn't have what they needed. I and our tires switched. Car was there 8 hours and they ended up having to order parts for the recall fix because they didn't have what they needed. If I would have know that would be the case, I would have taken the car to Discount Tire where they would have switched my tires out for free. Instead, I had to pay for that and still have to make another trip when the parts needed arrive. Very frustrating. More

I bought an older truck that needs some serious work and clean up to make it dependable. I took it to Lithia Ford (granted I was a little nervous because it was so old - concerned I would be treated differe clean up to make it dependable. I took it to Lithia Ford (granted I was a little nervous because it was so old - concerned I would be treated differently because it was not some fancy 'Big Truck') I was wrong. I was greeted with courtesy and treated well. I was impressed with the advisor I worked with - Josh - so polite and patient with all my questions (granted this is the first truck I have had for awhile and trust me - I had a ton of questions). My interaction with him showed me his professionalism and knowledge. He understood my needs and made it happen. This tells me that the staff must also work well as a unit - I know that success is not a one man job. Thank you for making my experience so much better than I anticipated. Probably the best detailing job I have ever seen. I thought they had given me new tires :) Keep up the great work! Definitely recommend them and especially Josh - he is your go-to-man. More
