Curt went beyond normal efforts to solve the problem of a failed battery on my wife’s MKZ. This trip to service department went really well other then one issue. In July they ordered a part for my pickup on warranty. In November I called about it and was told the order had been cancelled for then one issue. In July they ordered a part for my pickup on warranty. In November I called about it and was told the order had been cancelled for unknown reason, so it was re-ordered. Never got call. Well because of the issue caused by that part another issue occurred. When I took it in to fix that issue they came up with the part that had been ordered. Just upsetting that they had the part to fix it but had not called so they could install it. On the bright side this was all done in one day and seems to have solved all my problems. More
