Took it in for a service. Got tires rotated and everything else checked over so thanks. Lisa does us a good job. On a Thursday morning, I called and asked how long the wait was. Service person said "there is no waiting at the moment". I drove over and drove right up to a bay door on the quicklube stall. Went in and checked the vehicle in for an oil change. 2 HOURS later, I walked back over to the service desk to see what was taking so long. "15 or 20 more minutes" was the answer. A bit ridiculous. 2) About 15 min later I got a call from the service desk "The service person wants to know if you'd like to change the air filter and the cabin filter?" I sad "no, I just replaced both of those less than a thousand miles ago". When I got home I popped the hood and checked the air filter. Just as I thought, still looks brand new. I really wish now that I had not purchased the lifetime oil changes from Lithia when I bought the truck as now I am locked into a company that has my money, is not the least concerned about the value of my time, and to top it off, lies to me about supposed parts needed. If I could get a refund on the unused amount of my lifetime oil changes, I'd take it in a heartbeat. Things are hard enough right now without paying for unnecessary parts. If I were the service manager there, I'd be having a discussion with my service techs because frankly, I don't think they are doing their jobs. More

I had great service from Jesse Rapp. He was friendly and communicative. He promptly called me when my car was ready to be picked up. The best thing he did though was observe me walking towards the buildin communicative. He promptly called me when my car was ready to be picked up. The best thing he did though was observe me walking towards the building and he met me halfway with my keys and paperwork so I did not have to spend as much time out in the rain and could get in my car and depart quickly.
