We purchased the "oil change" service package one year ago. We were told we could make appointments to get our oil changed. They no longer accept appointments. We live 1 1/2 hours away and when we came in ago. We were told we could make appointments to get our oil changed. They no longer accept appointments. We live 1 1/2 hours away and when we came in Sat., we had to wait 2 hours to get our oil changed. The service dept. was very kind and apologetic, but a two hour wait is ridiculous! Had we know appointments would not be possible, we never would have paid for this service package, and gotten our oil changed somewhere else. More
