I had an appointment on the 29th of Dec, Teddy called me to tell me and told me they were busy and had not looked at it.I called on the following day and said the Fed was looking at it. Called on Monday Jan 4 were working on it and didn't know how long, but would leave request for a loner Vehicle.Jan 7 got a call saying it was done. 10 days in the shop. Very poor service!
