I was impressed with Jesse Jaramillo because she told me I needed to replace the cabin filter and the engine air filter and I told I would come talk to her from the waiting area. When I got to her counter s I needed to replace the cabin filter and the engine air filter and I told I would come talk to her from the waiting area. When I got to her counter she had them there ready for me to see. Much appreciated. More

I always had a negative view of a "dealership". These guys are great! Bought a new truck in 2020 and they have serviced it regularly. Very happy! guys are great! Bought a new truck in 2020 and they have serviced it regularly. Very happy! More

It was great that you got me in quickly to work on my battery, 5 stars. What I am left with is an explanation I have a very difficult time accepting. I was told by two service people I could only park my battery, 5 stars. What I am left with is an explanation I have a very difficult time accepting. I was told by two service people I could only park my truck for a couple days without the battery going dead. That makes no sense to me. Many pick up trucks are not everyday cars and for the battery to go dead after a couple days of sitting makes no sense at all. That means if you drive to work mon-fri and try to start your truck on mon, the battery will be dead. I can't believe that is normal. I was told to put a battery minder on the truck to keep the battery charged during the winter. i don't know of anyone who does that for just a couple days of sitting. After one day my new battery drained to 11.49 volts. I was told that was acceptable and to turn it over. This is from the web, "A fully charged battery should register at 12.7 volts or more. If the voltage falls below this number, the battery should be recharged. A battery is only charged by one quarter at just 12 volts. Once it drops to 11.9 volts, your battery is considered dead". They said they tested my alternator and said it was good. It was also tested by another car dealer as good. I find it unacceptable to have to put a battery minder on my truck if I leave it more than one day. More

It seems to be hard to reinstall the belly pan on my f150 after a oil service , this is the fifth time I had to get under my truck and hook it up. I would think some training would help on installing spring after a oil service , this is the fifth time I had to get under my truck and hook it up.
