Been a great experience since I bought my ranger and I am a customer for life!!!!! Finance Experience: One words says it all.... streamlined! Once we got into the finance office, Gene got us in and out in less than 20 minutes. If that isn't efficient, then I don't know what is. Time is precious in today's time and I truly appreciated Overall wonderful experience!!! This starts with the owners of Lithia and their commitment to their customers. Service department representative was very friendly and professional. Technician could have done a little more like top off the DEF fluid and they also could have washed it afterwards. I dropped Escape off to fix transmission issue. Paid $2300 + rental car fee (because none were available). 1 day later the car will not work and I had to limp car down Maple Grove again, just to drop ca $2300 + rental car fee (because none were available). 1 day later the car will not work and I had to limp car down Maple Grove again, just to drop car off. And, I have to rent a car again because none are available... what did I pay for the first time? $1100 in labor? I brought it to the dealer for the best diagnosis and experience. I am not getting this with the run a round. More

Had to bring in our Escape for a recall issue. Teddy had us drop off the car Friday night to ensure that the car would be done by end of business Saturday.
