They don't even deserve a 1. Took my truck in to replace the junction block because everthing that powers to it wasn't working (windows, windshield wipers, inside lights, speaker/recorder on visor and 4W dr the junction block because everthing that powers to it wasn't working (windows, windshield wipers, inside lights, speaker/recorder on visor and 4W drive) Also said when it rains water is getting in and getting the wires in my dash wet then that is caused it to fry out my junction block. So they replaced the windshield (it was cracked and they believed that is why the water was leaking in) and junction block. It took them over a month of my truck sitting there to get replaced after they promised 1-2 days tops. When I finally got it back the window was half down. I drove off and tried to roll up the window but it wasn't working. Then less than 2 miles away the wires in my dash caught on fire and was smoking like crazy. I parked it right away and checked to see my recorder and inside lights also were not working. I called them and told them there are two junction blocks for my truck and one is for power windows and one is for not. So they either wired it in wrong or ordered the wrong one causing wires in the dash to catch fire. I'm mostly upset it to so long and they would never call and update me I had to keep calling them to check on it. Also why the xxxx didn't they test it before they gave it back. Clearly if they couldn't roll my window back up something was wrong. I gave it to them with all the windows up. Now it is back at the shop and who knows when I get it back. More
