Part not in stock for replacement even with appointment scheduled over a week out. Had to call to get status of car and not confident all services were done. Service Department listened to my issue and took care of it. Part was under warranty so bill less than I thought. We had a major problem with our Lincoln Continental. It took them awhile to figure it out, it wasn't an easy fix kind of problem but they kept at it and finally discovered the problem.
