Brought my Flex in for normal servicing, while it was there the battery had failed testing after 6 years of use. The battery was replaced and the on board computer info was updated. Windshield wipers wer there the battery had failed testing after 6 years of use. The battery was replaced and the on board computer info was updated. Windshield wipers were replaced all around. The entire process took about an hour and a half. My next visit will have most fluids replaced . Great service supper folks. More

My Focus had 63,524 miles when the engine self-destructed. I expected better than that. It doesn't give me a good feeling for the brand that I need to spend several thousands of dollars on self-destructed. I expected better than that.
