Lisa was very attentive to our needs and got our vehicle serviced right away. I had a mixed bag with other service techs (those not in quick lane). They would tell me they would look into getting a quote for services I requested but never followed through. I went in to get a coolant flush and timing belt done and Jesse was on top of it. He put together a quote document (which was much cheaper than the other techs and more detailed) and was great with updates/timeline of getting the work done. Great guy. It’s not easy to work with people all day everyday but Jesse did a great job. I got the feeling other techs may not have been listening but he took the time to hear out what I was requesting.
