Great service. Lisa Crabtree rocks. Took a little longer for my truck to get done. She got authorization from Service Manager Rhett Sheeder to allow me a loaner truck for the night. Great dealership experience- unfortunately they are the face of Fords design/build problems. My 2016 F150 is now on its 4th oil pan. Had some accessories installed. Did a great job, had a couple issues but were fixed right away with no hiccups. Would recommend for all your service and accessory needs! This was a terrible experience. I made an appointment for a specific recall and there was no replacement part available. I will have to return again whenever it comes in. My service writer (Shawn) was rude t a specific recall and there was no replacement part available. I will have to return again whenever it comes in. My service writer (Shawn) was rude to his coworkers when I arrived. He was chatting with a fellow employee away from his desk and they repeatedly tried to get his attention. After ignoring them several times he finally yelled “what” very loudly. They told him he had a customer. He finished his conversation and then finally came over. When my wife came and picked up the truck, he lied and said they couldn’t order the part until after it was inspected. Another employee let her know there were no parts since there were three others before ours and they ran out. He deserves zero stars! More

Brought the truck in for a noise I hear during take of. After 3 days being at the shop, nothing was fixed. I came home and did a quick inspection under neath and found the read shock was rusty and rubbing After 3 days being at the shop, nothing was fixed.
