Got my two recalls done. The master brake and the door latch recalls. But the tailgate harness was out of stock. But I scheduled my appt way in advance so it should have been in stock. Why wasn’t one se latch recalls. But the tailgate harness was out of stock. But I scheduled my appt way in advance so it should have been in stock. Why wasn’t one set aside when I set up my appointment??? I was told 4 others came in and got their tailgate harness fixed and mine was not done. So now I have to come back AGAIN and set up a two hour appt to get this done. I told them when I called to set up the three recalls that I wanted it all done in ONE visit and when I came to pick up my tuck I was told that I have to reschedule the tailgate. Totally annoyed. I feel I was not listened to and my time is not respected when I have to come back again and deal with this again. More
