Matt in the Service Department was very pleasant and helpful. He politely called the smell in my car “books” instead of what I thought smelled more like dirty socks. 😊 He took care of it by changing t helpful. I took my truck in at 8o’clock to have an oil change and recalls. I did not get my truck back until 630 that night. Called ahead to see where I needed to pull in for an oil change was told bay 4...showed up at 5:20 pulled in and went inside. Was told by Matt I would have to come back....NO you close at 6 and I am not l change was told bay 4...showed up at 5:20 pulled in and went inside. Was told by Matt I would have to come back....NO you close at 6 and I am not leaving till my oil is changed. He then told me they would not be able to do an inspection becuase his guys get off at 6. I said no problem just want oil changed. He got on phone to let someone know he would be late and have to call them back! He left the room came back in huffing asked for my key grabbed it and walked to my truck. Came back in never asked my name walked past me and into the back room. I finally asked the gal in there if I could go outside and wait or if he needed anything from me. Don't tell me when I call a bit before 5 pm that I can pull into bay 4 then when I come in tell me I have to come back when you don't close till 6pm. If you don't want people to come in after 5 pm SAY SO and then don't treat me like crap for it. Being a small business owner myself I was appalled at his behavior and would never allow an employee to treat a customer like that. More
